Report: Developing public health communities of practice

Report guides public health professionals on creating a Community of Practice (CoP) to improve public health practice. A CoP is a group of professionals engaged to share and expand practical “know-how.” This report contains a basic framework for establishing a CoP, as well as tools and templates to get a CoP up and running.
