Webinar and tool: Applying an equity lens to decision making (56:56)

Webinar and tool support health departments in applying equity principles to decision making. The tool teaches how to assess ways decisions will impact specific communities and suggests approaches for remaining accountable to communities. The focus of the tool and webinar are COVID-19, but the principles can be applied to other health department operations. The tool is available for download.
